Goodbye, Aunt Jody … See you soon. Earlier this week my Aunt “Jody” Groves Thompson, age 85, went to glory to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Peter had failed his Lord. On the eve of Christ’s crucifixion Peter bragged that if all others should forsake Jesus, he, Simon Peter, “The Rock,” would never do so!

The Kids Across the Street.
A special young family lives across the street from us, complete with four boys (with a capital B!) and one tiny little blond Princess.

When a young couple comes together in marriage they usually envision that their union will be “forever!” The napkins on the table by the wedding cake might softly say, “Forever Yours,” and the cake itself might whisper, “Together Forever.”
